B1 Personal Progression Evaluation: Research into my Future Options: Moving forward from college, I am very much interested in securing employment in a media related role. When I first began to research into available job roles in the media industry, I conducted a general internet search for media jobs in the UK and this primarily produced results of senior positions based in London and the surrounding areas. Because of this,  I narrowed my internet search to Media jobs in the North East.  www.totaljobs.com   and  www.reed.co.uk  seemed to be quite popular websites. I viewed the job specifications but many of them required at least 1 year previous job experience and degree level qualifications. Employment in Industry: Jobs I initially conducted a general internet search for media jobs in the UK. Many positions advertised were located in London and the surrounding areas. Media jobs advertised on  https://jobs.theguardian.com/ jobs/media/  produced the biggest result. B1 Networking

 Networking: On Thursday the 27th of January 2022, I attended a virtual Networking experience named "The ITV Masterclass". This experience was with 'Working Options In Education", a charity founded in 2010 which aims to aid young people with employment and life skills. They specialise in helping those between ages 14 and 19 and have inspired more than 20,000 young people using their employability and life skills programme. They also have a  Career Pathways programme  which is delivered free in state schools, colleges and online by industry volunteers.  From this experience, I have learned that the media industry is extremely large and contains a wide range of different professions and career opportunities such as various types of apprenticeships.

Damien Walters is a British professional gymnast, stuntman and parkour practitioner. This video's purpose is to display many clips of his skilled athleticism and has garnered over 23 million views in 11 years. It is also worthy to mention that Damien is a coach and runs his own gym 'Derby City Gymnastics Club' in Derby, England, meaning that this showreel advertises his coaching services and his gym. My Website:  https://aaronlaw316.wixsite.com/my-site When I was creating my website, the software that I used was Wix, a free to use website editor. To begin I was given the option of choosing what kind of website to create, to which I responded Portfolio. After this, I was given the option to choose a template for my site. The template that I chose was graphic designer because I believe that this template was the best suited to that of a video editor. After choosing this template, I began to customise different aspects of the website to my own liking. I moved the 'Horizontal Menu' to the top of the screen, oppose to the bottom as well as changing all of the default 'Sasha Blake' pieces of text to Aaron Law. I also chose to change the background colour of the website's 'Home Page' by selecting 'Change Page Background' and then going to the 'Colour' section. Mock Interviews: A Mock Interview is a practice interview/a simulation of a real interview. Mock Interviews are very important as they act as experience and help you to develop the skills that you require for real interviews.
